1. (9:30am) Henschke Wines - Home of the famous Hill of Grace. This VIP Tour and Tasting offers exclusive access to one of the most renowned Henschke vineyards, Hill of Grace, together with a tour of the historic working winery and a comprehensive tasting in the private tasting room.
Observe the rows of the Hill of Grace vineyard and stand in awe of the ancient, gnarled vines. Soak up the history of the Henschke family and their connection to the region as you walk through parts of the original winery built in the 1860s, feeling the pride they have in their past and their hopes for the future.
Then, finally settle downstairs in the family’s private cellar to enjoy a range of distinguished Henschke wines, including Hill of Grace, Hill of Roses, Mount Edelstone, Cyril Henschke and The Wheelwright. A minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 people are required for this private experience.
2. (1pm) Seppeltsfield’ s. Centenary Tour for our VIP's is a once in a lifetime experience.
Visit the Seppelt family homestead, followed by a private tasting of super-premium fortified wines in our VIP mezzanine lounge. The tour culminates in the 1878 Centennial Cellar, where you will taste your year of birth Tawny, direct from barrel, as well as the legendary 100 year old Para Vintage Tawny. Minimum of 2 people.
The Centennial Cellar now comprises an unbroken lineage of every vintage from the current year back to 1878. A living museum of Australian wine-making history and undoubtedly the ‘ jewel in the crown’ of the Seppeltsfield estate, the Centennial Cellar is an absolute must see for our visitors.
3. (2pm) Lunch (FINO Seppeltsfield restaurant.) 4 plates + dessert. Allow 60 – 90 minutes dining time.
Our shared menu gives you the opportunity to sample the best of South Australia in a contemporary, informal and welcoming setting. Fino's work closely with local farmers and growers to consistently use sustainable regional and seasonal produce.

4. (3:45) Kalleske Tasting Experience. A selection of regional produce items paired seamlessly with six of our handcrafted, organic wines. Kalleske wines are certified organic and bio-dynamic, estate grown and vinified with traditional minimalist wine-making techniques used to fully capture the essence of the vineyard allowing genuine handmade estate wines to be produced.
No additives or fining agents are used in the wine-making process ensuring all wines are vegan friendly
Morning tea ,snacks and a little surprise will be available in our luxury vehicle’s for your journey during the day.
Homeward bound back to your pick up accommodation for arrival approx 6:30pm.
